Conflict Constructive LLC is your one-stop shop for everything related to better conflict.
There are three main practice areas to CCLLC.
On the personal development side I work with individuals, couples/romantic partners/pods, and families to help them dial back the drama and improve they way they move through the day to day conflict that creates unnecessary aggravation and can be excruciating if mishandled.

On the professional development side I work with executives and leaders, groups, teams, and organizations to deliver conflict resolution services.
​
I also provide organizational development services. These services help reduce the cost of workplace conflict and help leaders and organizations reach their goals.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
One on one coaching engagements that focus on the helping the client identify their goals, tackle obstacles, uncover thought and behavior patterns that keep them stuck, learn skills and tools, and develop action plans for accomplishing your goals.
As your coach I can help you:

MEDIATION FOR ROMANTIC PARTNERS
In mediation I serve as a neutral, impartial party to help parties communicate more effectively, build their capacity for constructive conflict, and negotiate mutually acceptable agreements. This service can be used for acute, specific conflicts that may be resolved in as little as one session, or for more global relational conflicts that we tackle over several sessions. This is appropriate for people in romantic relationships that either know they want to stay together or need a third party to help them get clear on whether or not they would like to move their relationship forward.

BOOTCAMPS
On several occasions throughout the year I take a live cohort through a series of sessions to help them learn how to resolve conflict, negotiate effectively, build their emotional intelligence, and increase psychological safety. Live bootcamp cohorts meet for six group sessions; these sessions include instructional modules, breakout exercises, and group discussions.
For people who prefer to participate in a self-paced fashion or who simply prefer to learn solo, these same modules will soon be available for purchase/download!

FAMILY MEDIATION
Family mediation is a great fit for families who want to dial back the drama in conflict and handle conflict more constructively and compassionately. Generally speaking, "family mediation" covers a wide range of topics including marriage, separation, divorce, alimony, parenting schedules, child support, property division, budget, family business succession, and other family matters.
In my practice of family mediation, however, I take a keen focus on helping families reach understanding, relate more compassionately and respectfully, clarify expectations, negotiate and clarify each family members' role, and reach sustainable agreements that allow them to enjoy family life.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

EXECUTIVE & LEADERSHIP COACHING
Executive and leadership coaching is a process that helps executives and high-potential employees gain self-awareness, build skills, and clarify goals in order to achieve their professional and developmental objectives.​
As a coach, I marry my background in mental health with my extensive knowledge in conflict resolution to help my clients untangle their biases, tackle their obstacles, and maximize their potential. I also incorporate educational modules into my coaching sessions. This combination of education and insight based coaching leads clients to make sustainable changes that empower them to achieve more and go farther, faster. As your coach I can help you:

GROUP & TEAM COACHING
Group coaching involves a group of people with similar goals working with a coach in a group setting. Similarly, team coaching is a process in which an existing team works in a group setting with a coach to achieve its goals.
FEDERAL SES ECQ COACHING
Are you a Federal employee at the GS-15 level getting ready to apply for an SES role, but needing support with writing your ECQs?
In a series of 6-8 coaching sessions, we will work together to identify your examples, map them to the best fitting core competency, and refine your narrative text to get you ready to apply!
WORKPLACE MEDIATION
Mediation is a confidential and typically informal process in which an impartial third party assists disputing parties in negotiating a mutually acceptable resolution of their conflict. The mediator helps parties communicate calmly and effectively which can help transform both the conflict and the parties' relationship long-term.

When parties do not have access to such informal options in the workplace, they commonly utilize more formal grievance processes that may not resolve the issue at its core and are costly for the organization.

Common situations where workplace mediation is used include: board member disputes, supervisor/employee conflict, and employee communication issues.
FACILITATION
Plainly put, facilitation is the art of helping people get things done in a structured way. A facilitator is a person who helps a group of people uncover critical information, identify common objectives, create plans for achieving these objectives., and work together better. I facilitate meetings, process discussions, and group conversations.
There are many benefits to having a facilitator. By bringing in a thrid party to facilitate, each person on the team is able to participate fully without having anyone from the team focus of steering the meeting. The facilitator is impartial and therefore able to maintain a clear head and help the group stay on track keep sight of the bigger picture. By utilizing a skilled facilitator, the group benefits from a third party who is specialized in asking the right questions to help the group reach its potential while fostering a safer environment for participants.
